By using the Website, you (“you”, “user”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

1. Scope of services

1. The Website presents information about Tesla Kafa’s digital, marketing, software-development and consulting services, and may allow you to:
   • send enquiries or quotation requests;
   • subscribe to newsletters or updates;
   • access client portals, tools or demo environments, where provided.
2. Any proposals, offers, project scopes or contracts for services will be governed by separate written agreements (for example, a Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work). In case of conflict, the specific contract prevails over these Terms.

3. Before starting court proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, including by written negotiation for at least 30 calendar days.

1. Tesla Kafa operates from Uzbekistan but serves clients in multiple jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with the laws of your own country or region.
